Post subject:  Whenever you may need me

By Angel. 4/10/2004

When the time is right
You'll see that I'll be here
When the time is right
You'll hear me call your name
When the time is right
You'll know that I'll be there
By your side
Only to let you see that I'm here
When the time is right
Whenever you may need me.

For some reason, I wrote this down as it came to me.

What do you think?

Thanks. I do like poetry, but I don't spend that much time on writing it myself. Will try to put some change in that, though.:)
Music? What were you thinking about, Horus? What kind of music? :D

Well the poem reminds me of something Clapton would write and sing. Or maybe Tori Amos (but without the emphasis on food and sex  ). But the flow of the poem, the natural meter of it, lends itself well to acustic music. Being a guitarist I tend to think in that medium. But it would sound beautiful to a solo piano as well. Maybe some percussion and a bass or cello in the background. Hmm, or even a flute or violin playing softly behind the singer.

Anyway, I just think it would sound good set to music.
